1.1 Clients who create a Dagmarket account as defined in the Terms of Service of Dagmarket or use Dagmarket services.

3.12 To analyse the market, trends and transaction behavior of Dagcoin which is the transaction unit on Dagmarket.

8. Term of retention of personal data:

8.1 Dagmarket will store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to Client and others, including those described above. Information associated with Client’s account will be kept until Client’s account is deleted, unless Dagmarket no longer needs the data to provide products and services. Posat deletion of account, Dagmarket shall retain only that data and for such period of time as may be required by law.
